Our labor and delivery program
We offer 16 spacious birthing rooms for labor and delivery. Each private room provides a homelike setting with everything needed for a safe and comfortable experience, including birthing balls, Wi-Fi and a full bathroom with a jetted tub. Rooms include sleeping accommodations for a support person, and wireless fetal monitoring makes it possible to move freely during labor. After delivery, we honor the "golden hour" so you can bond with your baby until being moved to our mother-baby suites for the remainder of your stay, where recovery takes place.
Maternity and childbirth services
We understand the importance of always having an experienced and skilled team by your side. Our multidisciplinary care team includes obstetricians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, neonatologists, anesthesiologists and specially trained nurses who provide around-the-clock care for you and your newborn. Additionally, a pediatric hospitalist is available 24/7, should an emergency arise.
With skin-to-skin contact and rooming-in options available, we support the bonding experience between you and your baby during the first hour after birth. Our services include access to lactation consultants and breastfeeding education. These resources help support breastfeeding and healthy bonding between you and your baby if you choose to and are medically able.
We are strong supporters of your education and offer a variety of classes, support groups, and tours to help you and your family prepare for pregnancy, birth and parenthood. We also offer a labor support booklet as a resource.
High-risk pregnancy care
We provide comprehensive care for high-risk pregnancies. A pregnancy may be considered high-risk for many reasons, including existing health conditions, maternal age, lifestyle and being pregnant with multiples. Health issues that happen during pregnancy, such as diabetes, pre-eclampsia and hypertension, may also be a cause.
Our services include:
- Antenatal care
- Comprehensive assessment
- Diabetes education
- Maternal and fetal disease care
- Nutrition counseling
- Prenatal care and diagnosis
Maternity classes and hospital tours
If you are an expectant parent, we offer maternity classes and support groups to help you prepare for life with your newborn. Experienced educators teach classes committed to newborn education and cover topics such as childbirth, baby care basics, breastfeeding, infant and child CPR, as well as car safety. Some of our classes are taught online via live stream.
If you have additional questions or concerns about breastfeeding once discharged from the hospital, we provide access to virtual breastfeeding consultations from international board-certified specialists through our partnership with Nest Collaborative.
We invite you to experience an in-person maternity tour to view our hospital amenities in the labor and delivery and mother-baby units.
NICU services
At our Level III NICU, we provide compassionate care for babies who were born prematurely, with congenital abnormalities or require additional care after birth. The NICU is staffed around the clock by highly trained neonatologists, so we are always ready to provide quality care in an emergency. Our capabilities include pediatric surgery, respiratory support and neonatal body cooling treatment. In addition, our NICU offers 24/7 live video streaming to help you and family members stay connected with your newborn at all times.
